Returns & Refund Policy

At BalancedNest, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

1.2 To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

1.3 For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness products (including posture correctors and wearable items) may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products (if offered).

  • Clearance or final-sale items.


3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

3.2 Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).


4. Exchanges

4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4.2 If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@balancednest.store.


5. Return Shipping

5.1 Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

5.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BalancedNest is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@balancednest.store with photos of the issue.

6.2 We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Order Cancellations

7.1 If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@balancednest.store.

7.2 Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still return the item once it arrives, subject to this policy.

  • Reason for return
