  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and the UK. Delivery times vary by destination (excluding the 1–2 day processing period):

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or peak season demand.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is 100% free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress directly with the courier.


Delays & Responsibility

  • BalancedNest.store is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@balancednest.store and we’ll help resolve the issue.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare event your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging, so we can assist you promptly.


International Duties & Taxes

  • For shipments outside the USA, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
