2. Orders & Processing

2.1 Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Reasons for non-acceptance may include (but are not limited to):

  • The product is out of stock.

  • Payment authorization failure.

  • Pricing or product description errors.

  • Technical issues with processing.

2.3 It typically takes 1–2 business days to process your order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2.4 Products purchased from BalancedNest.store are for personal use only. Reselling on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or similar is prohibited.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

3.2 Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

3.3 If tracking confirms delivery to your provided address but you did not receive the order, please contact the courier directly. BalancedNest cannot be held responsible once delivery has been confirmed.

3.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, BalancedNest is not responsible for reshipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@balancednest.store.

4.2 Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations before shipment. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.2 In general:

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some wellness products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
